· Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience

· 6-10 years relevant experience, preferably 2-3 years at ESI

· Complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories and concepts in the field thorough, practical and consistent with organizational objectives

· Strong customer service focus

· Designing and developing applications using Java and J2EE technologies like JDBC, JNDI etc

· Front end web UI development using JSP/Servlets/JSTL and other front end frameworks

· Experience in deployment technologies like ANT and MAVEN

· Back end web and stand-alone application development

· PL/SQL, iBatis, Hibernate technologies

· Strong communication, capable of working independently and as part of a team
