$44.15 - $66.25Major Responsibilities
- Ensures accurate, timely, and actionable information is available to leadership to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Presents insights, trends, and findings in clear, executive-level formats.
- Collects, cleans, analyzes, and interprets data from multiple systems and sources to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
- Develops and manages dashboards, scorecards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance reports using business intelligence tools.
- Applies appropriate analytical techniques, statistical methods, and tools based on data requirements and business needs.
- Serves as an internal consultant by providing data interpretation, evaluation, and recommendations for process and program improvements.
- Supports planning, execution, and monitoring of programs and initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and metrics.
- Assists with the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of operational processes, policies, and procedures.
- Conducts regular reviews and audits of program performance and develops mitigation or improvement plans as needed.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define requirements, implement solutions, and support adoption of data-driven best practices.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business, computer science, information systems, statistics, economics, or a related field.
Certification / License
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Work Experience
- Five years of professional experience in data analysis, program management, business analysis, or process improvement, OR a Master’s degree. Experience supporting enterprise-level initiatives, analyzing complex datasets, and communicating insights to diverse audiences.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using relational databases
- Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Experience working with large datasets, performance metrics, and KPIs
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard productivity tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Hybrid role requiring a combination of in-office and remote work
- Occasional local travel may be required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, and adaptable with strong organizational skills
