Clinical Director RN

Full-Time | Day hours | Monday through Friday | Paid holidays off | Will be part of leader on duty weekend rotation (approximately every 12 weeks) | We offer excellent benefits, PTO & Sick Time Accrual, 401k with 6% match and an incredibly supportive team environment. The Clinical Director is responsible for managing the clinical department and ensures that resident needs are met, and care delivery expectations are achieved. This position is responsible for the management and supervision of all licensed nurses and unlicensed direct care team members. This position is also responsible for ensuring departmental compliance, high quality resident care, facility compliance with state and federal regulations, and professional standards of practice.
