As a Support Worker, you’ll work with customers who have complex mental health needs and additional conditions such as learning disabilities, autism or neurological conditions. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same, offering real opportunities to help people achieve their goals, grow in independence, and progress on their recovery journey.

What’s in it for you?

  • Health cash plan saving you (and your children) £1140+ each year covering dental, opticians, prescriptions and more

  • Matching pension contribution (up to 7% and life insurance of 3x basic salary)

  • Instant pay access with Stream

  • 800+ discounts on shops, holidays, days out, tech and more

What you’ll do

  • Creating person-centred action plans to help build structure and purpose.

  • Support might include completing a budget plan or working through coping strategies with customers.

  • Support a customer to access the community for activities such as a trip to the beach, cinema, or a picnic in the park.

  • You’ll help customers take their first steps towards independent living, including developing skills to maintain their tenancy, complete in-house learning, or explore volunteering and career opportunities

  • You’ll receive full training and ongoing support to develop in your role

  • Recognise every customer is different and you’re able to adopt a flexible, personal approach, listening to customers to understand their needs
