Finance Contracting SME Level 2 This position requires an active Top Secret clearance to start (TS) The Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program Analyst supports the Threat Systems Management Office (TSMO) at Redstone Arsenal by providing programmatic and financial oversight of FMS cases. This role ensures compliance with applicable regulations and statutory requirements while supporting the development, execution, and reconciliation of FMS programs. The analyst works across multiple systems and stakeholders to manage case documentation, funding execution, and program coordination activities. This position is primarily onsite with occasional telework and limited travel.
