You’ll help attract, engage, and hire top talent while continuously improving our recruiting processes and employer brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Guide hiring teams on best practices related to interviewing, candidate assessment, and selection.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive, inclusive, and high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track recruiting metrics and use data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with HR and People Operations teams on onboarding and workforce planning initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth company, agency, or corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to recruit across a variety of functions and levels.
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience identifying passive candidates.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and creating an exceptional candidate experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting hiring in a startup or scaling organization.
  • Familiarity with workforce planning and talent market intelligence.
  • Experience recruiting for technical, corporate, or leadership roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Why Join Us?

  • Opportunity to make a significant impact on company growth and culture.
  • Collaborative, people-first environment.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.
  • Professional development and career growth opportunities.
  • Flexible work arrangements.

COMPENSATION

Base Compensation: $85,000 - $120,000 Annually
