What You'll Do
Operate and monitor aluminum melting furnaces
Safely handle molten aluminum throughout the production process
Inspect materials and maintain quality standards
Work with a team to keep production running efficiently
Help create products used across the country

✔ Enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
✔ Has strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
✔ Can work in hot conditions and perform physical work
✔ Is reliable, motivated, and ready to learn
✔ Manufacturing or furnace experience is a plus—but we'll train the right person!
