Labcorp is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join our team in Dublin, OH.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 6 project analysts and 1 supervisor
- Oversee various campaigns and initiatives to promote sales growth
- Developing pipeline forecasts
- Assist in hiring and training Inside Sales Executives and Inside Sales Reps to ensure they are successful
- Ensure service levels are being maintained for assigned client base
- Review the metrics of the inside sales executives on a regular basis
- Address any performance related issues and provide corrective action as needed
- Provide leadership with consistent updates for sales campaign results
- Address any client related issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective clients when needed
- Facilitate a partnership with the field sales teams to promote sales growth
- Maintain high relationships with key accounts and developing account management plan as appropriate
- Act as an interface between the sales teams and lab operations
- Oversee sales operations, optimize workflows, and remove barriers to enhance efficiency.
- Analyze accounts to identify retention strategies and revenue growth opportunities.
- Support cross-functional coordination to enhance client engagement and onboarding.
- Drive process improvements and best practices while maintaining a competitive edge in the healthcare landscape.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Biology or Chemistry or Business
- 5 or more years of sales or account management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of experience managing and training a sales team
Additional Job Standards:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, LCLS, LCBS, CRM/Salesforce.com and able to learn other Labcorp databases
- Ability to hold your sales team accountable for their metrics
- Ability to drive sales initiatives and campaigns in an effective manner
- Ability to implement and execute client support initiatives as assigned
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal

The Inside Sales Manager leads a staff of 7 employees and will be based in Dublin, OH.
This position is hybrid (2 days remote (M/F)/3 days in-office (Tu/Wed/Th). Office location is Dublin, OH (Columbus area).
Responsibilities include Managing, Training, Coaching and Mentoring the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) Team and Sales Support team, as well as other duties assigned by the head of Commercial Development
Pay Range: $80,000 to $90,000 base salary plus commission
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
Variable Compensation: The position is also eligible for bonus and/or commissions under the applicable variable compensation plan. Bonus/commissions are earned based on achievement of performance metrics under the plan.
