We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Operations team at Marsh This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.
Operations Specialist - Contact Centre
We will count on you to:
- Provide quality customer service to clients over phone calls, email or on portal navigation to resolve client’s enquiries efficiently, including liaising with internal & external clients.
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Identify and escalate priority issues and able to route calls to appropriate resources
- Complete call logs to ensure that the day-to-day transactions performed are tracked accurately and in timely manner
- Follow up customer calls where necessary and document all call information according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) while ensuring SLA requirements are met.
What you need to have:
- At least a Diploma preferably in any field
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ relevant experience
- Good work ethics with high level of integrity, detailed oriented, compliant and process driven
