Job Requirements:
Responsible for overseeing all sales activities in assigned territory promoting Industrial Filtration Products (Filter Bags & Roll Goods). Responsible for budget preparation, forecasting, opportunity tracking in CRM and selling exploring new markets for growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory to achieve revenue targets and KPIs.
Utilize systems (CRM, Tableau) to track opportunities, pipeline, and performance.
Develop and execute territory and Key Account Plans.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market insights for management.
Negotiate commercial agreements to ensure profitable business outcomes.
Maintain strong relationships with end users and OEM customers.
Conduct regular customer visits (40–50% travel) and document activities in call reports.
Track and update all sales opportunities in CRM on a weekly basis.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
Support annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes.
Monitor sales performance against the annual business plan.
Ensure pricing strategies and price lists align with corporate policies.
Other:
Must adhere to all company and location policies and safety rules
Must be able to work extended hours when required

Qualifications/ Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, engineering /business/marketing.
5+ years experience in sales specifically in filtration products and/or OEM business.
Exceptional communications skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
Highly motivated and positive attitude with strong customer focus.
Adept computer skills, including proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office Suite and Teams.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Excel in skill of negotiation, building relationships, and product/market knowledge.
Reliable, trustworthy and detail oriented with good decision-making skills.
