How You’ll Make an Impact 

As a Transformation Leader - Finance, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving financial excellence, standardization, and process optimization across global finance functions. You'll collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life. In this role, you will: 

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Financial Analysts, fostering a high-performance and continuous improvement culture. 

  • Set clear objectives, define workload priorities, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial outputs. 

  • Drive goal setting, performance management, and career progression for team members. 

  • Partner with global stakeholders to drive financial performance, cost optimization, and business insights. 

  • Lead preparation of management reports, dashboards, and business reviews. 

  • Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes. 

  • Identify finance processes suitable for transition into the Global Capability Center (GCC) and lead end-to-end migrations. 

  • Evaluate transition feasibility, risks, and value creation while ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruption. 

  • Act as a finance partner to GCC leadership, supporting strategic initiatives and improving profitability and cash flow. 

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Strategic Planning (STRAP) cycles. 

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley), and risk management requirements. 

 

 

Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. 

  • 12–15 years of experience in finance, including FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis), operations finance, or controlling. 

  • Proven experience leading teams within a GCC, shared services, or global delivery model. 

  • Strong SAP experience including funding, budget releases, and Investment Management (IM) modules. 

  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and financial analysis. 

  • Experience supporting manufacturing, plant, project, or facilities finance. 

  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. 

  • Ability to define KPIs, manage operations, and drive performance in a global environment. 

 

Preferred Qualifications that Drive You Forward 

  • MBA, CA (Chartered Accountant), or CPA (Certified Public Accountant). 

  • Experience with automation and AI-enabled reporting tools. 

  • Demonstrated success driving digital transformation and process excellence initiatives.
