Description
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Responsible for the development, support, and sales of treasury management products and services for corporate and retail customers. Assists branch personnel in new client marketing. May supervise treasury management assistant.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Manages merchant portfolio, merchant set-ups, and merchant application pricing. Overseess growth and success.
- Markets and coordinates treasury management products as defined by Executive Management.
- Assists with the research, development, and implementation of treasury management products and services.
- Assists commercial loan officers with new client prospects.
- Responsible for department budget, setting goals and objectives.
- Travels between branches and to meet customers.
- If applicable, supervise treasury management assistant.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of treasury management products, sales, and compliance.
- Knowledge of management practices and principles.
- Knowledge of ITI system, Word, Excel, and treasury management software.
- Skill in communicating and coordinating activities with management, customers, coworkers, and vendors. Communication must be timely and strong.
- Ability to develop a strong sales and service-based culture.
- Ability to research and develop new products and techniques.
- Ability to travel.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience, college degree preferred.
- Five or more years of bank and cash management experience with sales preferred.
