Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Vision Services Team as an Eyewear Specialist. In this role, you’ll focus on delivering exceptional customer service while supporting optical sales in a unique setting that blends retail and healthcare.
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, confident, and enjoys connecting with others in a one-on-one setting. The ideal candidate is comfortable offering personalized recommendations, brings strong customer service skills, and approaches each day with curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a positive, upbeat attitude.
What is available:
- Work 40 hours each week
- Monday - Friday, Day Shift
- No Weekends or Holidays
- Have the opportunity to travel to other Gundersen optical locations: Onalaska, Tomah, Winona, Wabasha, Waukon, Decorah, Prairie du Chein, Black River Falls, Whitehall, Viroqua, Sparta, Hillsboro, Friendship
- Provide a quality optical experience to our patients and guests

What you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 1 year of customer service experience
- American Board of Opticianry (ABO) Certification within 18 months of hire
