Functieomschrijving
Als mechanisch georiënteerde Field Service Engineer focus je op de montage, afstelling, het onderhoud en de mechanische reparaties van Heidelberg-apparatuur. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een nauwkeurige opbouw van complexe systemen en het mechanisch optimaliseren van machines in een productieomgeving.
Rapporteert aan Service Manager
Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Monteren en afstellen van mechanische componenten van drukpersen en nabewerkingsapparatuur
- Onderhoud en revisie van mechanische systemen (lagers, assen, tandwielen)
- Lokaliseren en verhelpen van mechanische defecten of slijtage
- Uitvoeren van prestatiecontroles en afstelmetingen
- Klanten begeleiden in het correct afstellen en onderhouden van machines
- Nauwe samenwerking met collega’s van elektrische dienst bij gecombineerde storingen
Profiel en vaardigheden
- A2 of bachelor in mechanica, elektromechanica of fijnmechaniek
- Ervaring met industriële machines, assemblage en mechanische troubleshooting
- Praktisch en nauwkeurig, oplossingsgericht
- Bereidheid om te reizen binnen de Benelux
- Nederlands en Engels vereist
