How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Program Development & Evaluation: Assess, design, implement, and evaluate multi-faceted, competency-based nursing education plans and Nursing Professional Development (NPD) programs across the continuum of care.

• Strategic Consulting: Serve as a strategic consultant on clinical performance initiatives, advising leadership on performance processes and delivery mechanisms to optimize nursing workflows.

• Collaborative Assessment: Partner closely with organizational leaders and staff to identify clinical education needs, define core competencies, and manage standards for inter-professional programs.

• Metrics & Goal Tracking: Utilize evidence-based methods, measurements, and analytical tools to track learning goal achievements and ensure clinical practice aligns with the highest extent of licensure.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted required.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. 

Work Experience:

• Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• MSN
• Minimum of 5 years in acute care setting with a variety of nursing experiences
• Education or staff development experience
