Responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing various components according to company specifications and quality standards. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components, including stators, rotors, bearings, gears, winding coils and wiring, according to technical drawings and work instructions.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery to complete assembly tasks.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure components/finished products meet performance and safety standards.
• With training, solder wiring connections and PCB sub-assemblies per technical drawing and work instructions.
• Perform troubleshooting and minor adjustments to ensure proper functionality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members and leads to meet production targets.
• Document production activities and report any defects or issues to the quality control team.
• Assist in inventory management and materials handling as required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in mechanical assembly is a plus.
• Previous experience in assembly, mechanical assembly, or a similar manufacturing role preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills for logging production data and reviewing instructions.
