Job Description

You will oversee the business from a high level. The directors in the restaurant are responsible for:

1.  Executing daily operations.
2. Coaching and developing the team.
3. Strategically growing sales.
4. Uniquely challenging the status quo to improve the business.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of restaurant/Chick-fil-A experience
• Has led teams.
• Can speak to business
• Ability to manage payroll
