About the role 

Your mission will be to establish and develop strong, long-term partnerships that create sustainable business value for If in Estonia. You’ll be at the forefront of driving cooperation, innovation, and profitable growth through strategic alliances. 

You will be responsible for 

  • Developing and managing partnerships to drive insurance distribution and other value-creating collaborations. 
  • Leading business and sales development initiatives with partners, including goal setting and performance monitoring. 
  • Supporting Baltic-level initiatives, ensuring alignment and implementation of systems, compliance, and learning tools. 
  • Identifying and onboarding new partners, fostering innovation and diversification in cooperation models. 
  • Coordinating partner-related activities with stakeholders, including meetings, product development, contract negotiations, and joint promotions. 
  • Analysing market trends and manage projects, providing recommendations and leading or contributing to insurance initiatives. 

What do we expect from you? 

  • Proven experience in partnerships management, business development and/or sales. 
  • Great communication and negotiation skills, orientation toward results. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. 
  • Experience in managing complex sales projects involving coordination between multiple stakeholders or external partners. 
  • Willingness to learn and share knowledge with others. 
  • Excellent Estonian and English language skills.

  • Monthly salary from €2900 to €3300 gross depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, there is an annual bonus.
