About the role
We are looking for an experienced and business-minded Large Enterprises Account Manager & Liability Underwriter to join our Large Enterprises Group team. In this role, you will focus on active sales of commercial liability and property insurance solutions and the underwriting of liability risks for large and complex customers.
You will act as a key link between customers, sales, and underwriting, combining business development with professional risk assessment and underwriting decision-making. The role offers a high level of responsibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with some of our most strategic clients.
What are You going to do?
Sales and customer acquisition
- Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new large enterprise customers.
- Drive new sales and manage renewals through direct and broker channels.
- Build and develop a profitable customer portfolio of commercial Liability and Property business.
- Identify growth opportunities, including cross-selling and new customer acquisition.
Account management and customer experience
- Act as a trusted partner for large enterprise customers.
- Understand customer businesses, risks, and insurance needs.
- Ensure high-quality account management and excellent customer experience.
Underwriting and risk management
- Perform risk mapping and evaluation for commercial Liability and Property lines.
- Perform underwriting for Liability lines.
- Determine coverage structures, conditions, and premium proposals.
- Support colleagues with underwriting decisions in complex or non-standard cases.
Collaboration and projects
- Act as a central part of the large enterprise sales and underwriting network.
- Participate in and lead prospecting projects for new potential accounts
- Support public procurements and tenders, including preparation, submission, and account management.
- Cooperate with international network partners in reverse flow and fronting arrangements.
What do we expect from You?
- Previous experience in commercial insurance sales and/or underwriting area.
- A law degree or legal background is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record in active sales and customer acquisition.
- Experience in working with large and complex corporate customers.
- Business mindset combined with analytical and risk-aware thinking.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in Estonian and English, Russian is an advantage.
