About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Head of the Estonian Commercial Brokers Sales Group to lead a team of sales professionals and drive performance in a dynamic, competitive market. This role requires close collaboration with internal cross-functional teams—such as Product, Underwriting and other—as well as external partners including brokers and agents.

You will be responsible for :

Broker and Agent Relationship Management & Sales Performance

· Set and execute ambitious team sales goals aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.

· Manage and strengthen strategic relationships with external partners, focusing on mutual understanding, trust, and long-term collaboration.

· Work closely with Product, Underwriting and other departments to align efforts and enhance customer acquisition.

· Ensure customer satisfaction, data protection, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Sales Team Leadership

· Inspire, coach, and lead the sales team to achieve high performance and foster a collaborative culture.

· Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and budget planning.

· Conduct sales forecasting, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights through regular reporting.

Project Participation

· Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving sales processes and driving innovation.

· Enhance process efficiency within the Broker Group by standardizing tasks across the Baltics.

· Align the service model with stakeholder needs through structured feedback, task prioritization, and smooth operational information exchange.

What we expect from you:

· A results-driven mindset with a strong customer focus and the ability to deliver real value.

· Expertise in insurance industry, market trends, customer needs and products will be considered as a strong advantage, also expertise in financial sector with insurance background as an asset.

· Proven experience in leading sales teams, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.

· Excellent communication skills, self-management, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate effectively and resolve conflicts.

· A forward-thinking approach with a drive for continuous improvement.

· Confidence in using digital tools and making data-driven decisions.

· Fluency in Estonian and English.

· Monthly salary €3700-4600 gross, depending on candidate’s qualifications and experience. Additionally, there is an annual bonus.
