About the role
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a full time Senior IT Analyst to join our team of IT professionals. You will be responsible for providing customer service and technical support to all staff across our businesses. You will utilise your technical skills to support the business in managing, hardware and software environments while identifying and driving improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Microsoft End Point Management – Design and administration of Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager). Device management and enrolment, compliance and retirement.
- Security Management – Manage cyber security technologies in accordance with policy and best practice.
- System Support – Set priorities, meet deadlines and work within established parameters in close co-operation with operational staff and under the guidance of management.
- Infrastructure Monitoring – Working within a virtualised platform using remote client technologies, Active Directory, backup systems, Microsoft 365.
- Troubleshooting – Identify and analyse hardware, software and system problems and resolve ensuring in a timely solution and minimise disruption to operations.
- Lead technology lifecycle activities including, deployment, maintenance and upgrades
- Knowledge sharing - Supporting CMV IT capability uplift and identifying opportunities for security, service or process improvement.
Skills & Experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification or a Certificate IV in Information Technology
- Microsoft Certifications: Endpoint Admin / Identity and Access / Security Admin
- Hands-on end to end delivery experience with a focus on Microsoft technologies, spanning cloud and on‑premise platforms.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Outstanding customer, organisational and technical service skills
- A sound knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server operating systems
- Interest, commitment, and a desire in understanding new technologies and their appropriateness to technology operations.
