What will you be doing at Banvit MBRF?
- Establish, implement, and monitor hatchery biosecurity and hygiene protocols
- Plan and oversee disinfection programs and ensure strict personnel compliance with hygiene and biosecurity standards
- Conduct health and quality assessments of eggs received from breeder farms and monitor storage conditions
- Supervise incubation parameters and conduct root‑cause analysis for deviations
- Perform daily chick quality evaluations and approve chick health status prior to dispatch
- Identify potential health risks through field observations and monitor pathogen threats
- Plan and supervise hatchery vaccination programs
- Prepare routine performance reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Provide training to hatchery staff on animal health, hygiene, biosecurity, and operational best practices while coordinating closely with breeder, production, and quality teams
What kind of profile are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science (required)
- Min. 1-2 years of experience in poultry health operations, particularly in hatchery settings
- Strong understanding of food safety and quality (HACCP), poultry pharmacology and immunology
- Strong understanding and practical application of animal welfare standards
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Solid understanding and application of problem-solving tools such as PDCA and Cause-and-Effect Diagram
- Availability to work in alternate hours if needed
- Based in Elazığ or willing to relocate
