- Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors to develop and deliver marketing and event materials across Asia.
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables to ensure agencies meet campaign objectives, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Review marketing collateral, event materials, and promotional assets to ensure alignment with brand standards and global guidelines.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, including trade exhibitions, internal events, customer engagements, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue coordination, vendor management, material preparation, and event schedules.
- Ensure events are delivered smoothly, meeting project timelines, brand standards, and business objectives.
- Provide on-site event management and troubleshoot operational issues when required.
- Manage, document and track marketing budget to ensure spending aligns with approved allocations.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including legal, compliance, finance, and procurement to facilitate vendor onboarding and payment processes.
- Support the preparation and submission of the 2027 marketing budget.
- Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives across Asia markets and channels.
- Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, and internal reports.
- Work closely with marketing agencies on Sadia always-on digital presence
- Support the implementation and execution of the beef marketing toolkit across relevant campaigns and initiatives.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
