Job Description
Sunset Distributing is looking for employees who are willing to work hard and learn our business. We are looking for a dedicated warehouseman to work in our facility.
Responsibilities:
· Select products, build orders, load and unload trucks accurately and in a timely manner.
· Safe operation of various types of warehouse equipment.
· Become familiar with various beverage products, including beer, liquor, cider, and water.
· Demonstrate manual dexterity, coordination, and mobility to perform physical tasks efficiently.
· Maintain quality control and execute rotate standards per the company policy
· Clean and organize the facility
· High school diploma or GED equivalent
· Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds repetitiously
· Must be able to walk and stand continuously during the entire shift
· Must be able to push, pull, squat, and reach
· Must possess visual acuity to read orders and locate products within the warehouse
· Ability to learn safe operation of job-related equipment (i.e. hand truck, pallet jack, etc.);
· Ability to work with minimal supervision.
· Ability to work in an environment where temperatures fluctuate
