Job Description

Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to design and document accounting workflows for new products in a new policy administrative system Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements related to accounting processes for product launches. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution. Participate in UAT to validate system functionalities and ensure alignment with business needs. Support the transition to new systems by providing manual accounting and reconciliation support prior to and during the launch. Assist in documentation of process, controls and procedures related to new product accounting flows. Support ad-hoc accounting tasks and reporting as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of accounting or business analysis experience, preferably in finance and accounting/audit field. Experience with project participation and UAT in life insurance industry is highly preferred Strong understanding of accounting principles and product workflows. Effective communication ability to liaise with cross-functional teams and external parties. Proficiency in MS Office, and experience with accounting or project management software is a plus.
