Mazda of Dayton is hiring a dependable Parts Counterperson for our new parts department. You�ll assist retail and wholesale customers, support the Service Department, and help maintain high customer satisfaction. This role requires strong multitasking and efficiency, reporting directly to the Parts Manager.

Location: 8300 Lyons Ridge Dr., Dayton, OH

Qualifications:

• 1+ year customer service experience (automotive preferred)
• Basic computer skills (CDK experience a plus; training provided)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass background check and provide references

Preferred:

• CDK or electronic parts catalog experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Automotive parts/service knowledge
