Schedule: Due to the nature of law enforcement work and operation, position may require occasional support outside of core working hours, as well as intermittent weekend support, mission dependent.

Job Summary:
The Contractor’s Project Director provides services in locations with more than 50 contract employees and manages execution of the contract for the office.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Supervise each subordinate office supervisor;
- Execute the Contractor’s quality control program;
- Recruit and hire all supervisors and office managers in coordination with the Program Manager;
- Approve hiring of all personnel within area of responsibility;
- Execute the Contractor’s training program within assigned area of responsibility;
- Provide reports to the Contractor’s Program Manager
Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
- A four-year undergraduate degree.
- Extensive law enforcement agency experience working in seizure of assets connected to criminal activity (e.g. drug trafficking, fraud, money laundering) preferred.
- One year of experience in a field related to law enforcement and at least five years of supervisory experience are also beneficial to performance of services.
- Performance of services requires ability to pay attention to detail and ability to analyze documents to extract information.
- Must have a superior ability to read and follow directions.
- Oral and written skills shall be sufficient to perform services.
Clearance:
Applicants selected may be subject to a government background investigation and may be required to meet the following conditions of employment.
Security Requirements/Background Investigation Requirements:
- Must be a U.S Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident.
- Favorable credit check for all cleared positions
- Successfully passing a background investigation including drug screening.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
- Standing/Walking/Mobility: Must have mobility to attend meetings with other managers and employees. Standing for prolonged and extended periods of time.
- Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: 0% - 10% of the time.
- Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: 0% - 10% of the time.
- Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: Must be able to write, type and use a telephone system 100% of the time.
- Sitting: Sitting for prolonged and extended periods of time.
