Job Description
Requirements/Qualifications
- Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Physical requirements: climbing, stooping, bending, squatting, twisting, pushing, pulling, frequent lifting of 50 pounds, occasional lifting of 75 to 100 pounds with team nsupport
- Stretching, driving/sitting, using pneumatic and power tools
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Willing and able to take direction and learn new skills
- 1-2- Years working with trucks
- Tolerance for outdoor work in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain) and indoor shop conditions.
- Ability to operate lubrication equipment safely and effectively.
- Combination of field-based work requiring daily travel to various job sites and shop-based maintenance tasks.
- Flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends, depending on project needs.
Preferred:
- Mechanically inclined
- Eager to learn new skills
- Class B CDL
