Job Description
Requirements/Qualifications
- 10-20 years of experience in estimating/managing multiple heavy civil projects
- Strong leadership abilities to teach, mentor, and motivate others to achieve extraordinary results
- Intense desire to learn and succeed in the Heavy Civil discipline
- Must be an effective leader and strong communicator
- Excellent problem solving, planning, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and focus on accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, AGTEK, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and scheduling software
- Valid driver's license with ability to get to and from work
Preferred:
- Experience in Bridge Construction, Earthwork, and HMA Paving
- GPS proficiency
- Primavera P6 scheduling proficiency
- Working knowledge in SAP
