Summary of the Role:
Execute the RRP/IQOS Customer Service Centre strategy and market policies across all channels to provide the highest standards of service to our Field Force, Commercial Planning & B2B Operations team
Building strong relationship with Field Force as well as the Commercial Planning Team. Supporting Field Force and Commercial Planning Team in providing services
Ensuring the processes are clear and deployed correctly, receiving and answering the queries and directing them to the correct department in order to provide solutions
Key point of contact between FF and Commercial Planning teams to support with day-to-day queries, timely completion, and submission of trackers
Efficient management of lock-ups, efficient materials ordering and delivery and responding to day to day field queries….
