Job Description:
The role is requested to analyze selected processes and provide appropriate support for QS improvement initiatives execution.
Main activities and key accountabilities are:
Analysis of selected processes, informatic tools and data to:
- Assess process performance
- Identify and share process critical areas
- Propose process improvement opportunities
Support to Project management activities of single improvement initiatives within Quality System, focusing on:
- Requirements collection and harmonization
- Business requirements definition for new process/digital tools within QS functions
- Coordination among different stakeholders
- Planning and monitoring of activities/ performance
Project status presentation to colleagues from different Functions and different levels.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a STEM discipline
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
- Upper-intermediate to advanced knowledge of the English language (B2/C1 level)
