Technology Center Associate (Hoyelton, IL)

The primary responsibility of the Tech Center Associate is executing daily pig production and research practices in accordance with the Wean-to-Market Production and Research Study Protocols within large-scale Commercial Research Centers. Through learning these skills, the Tech Center Associate will be able drive both biological and financial performance of the Tech Center as well as ensure the execution of a quality research study. A successful Tech Center Associate will not only master daily pig production skills but will also be a champion of scientific methodology and embody The Maschhoffs culture. The Associate will be accountable for the integrity of all research data collected at a Tech Center, but also be willing to travel and lead any research activities at other locations.
