Job Description

As a Senior Fund Accountant, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Independently conducting the accounting and NAV calculation for LGT and Private Label

• Funds, with a particular focus on Private Markets (semi-liquid products)

• Supporting the team leader in monitoring and coordinating daily fund administration processes

• Implementing and optimizing internal processes and systems to enhance quality and efficiency

• Daily booking, control, and reconciliation of all business transactions

• Various administrative tasks such as master data maintenance, fee management, and price publication

• Assisting in the development and implementation of fund strategies

• Executing accounting requirements for the launch, merger, and closure of funds

• Active communication with internal specialist departments

• Acting as a contact person for internal and external clients as well as auditors

• Participating in internal projects

Requirements

• Completed university degree in finance, business administration, or a related field

• Several years of professional experience in fund accounting or a similar area

• Knowledge of Private Markets and semi-liquid products

• Strong interest in financial markets and enthusiasm for investment solutions

• Sound knowledge of the relevant legal and regulatory requirements in the fund sector

• Strong analytical skills and high quality awareness

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proficient in MS Office with a strong affinity for IT

• Fluent in German and English

• Structured, independent, and precise way of working, strong team player, and pronounced affinity for numbers (accounting-minded)
