The Assistant Crew Manager supports the Director of Agronomy in overseeing daily golf course maintenance operations and ensuring the highest standards of course presentation. This role is responsible for supervising work crews, coordinating maintenance projects, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The Assistant Crew Manager provides hands-on leadership, guiding team members in proper turf care practices, equipment use, and work methods. Additionally, this position plays a key role in maintaining course conditions, implementing agronomic programs, and ensuring operational continuity in the Director’s absence. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership skills, technical expertise in golf course maintenance, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and team development.
