Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the PMC team for successful implementation of the New Integrated Terminal Building and Allied Works project.
- Oversee planning, design review, construction supervision, testing, commissioning, and project closeout activities.
- Monitor project scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and risk management aspects to ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with the Airport Authority, contractors, consultants, government agencies, utility providers, and other stakeholders.
- Review and monitor construction methodologies, work programs, resource deployment plans, and project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, approved designs, technical specifications, statutory regulations, and safety standards.
- Lead progress review meetings and provide strategic guidance for issue resolution and decision-making.
- Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and recommend corrective actions where required.
- Review contractor claims, variation orders, extension of time requests, and contractual correspondence.
- Ensure effective quality assurance and quality control procedures are implemented throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor testing and commissioning activities and ensure smooth project handover.
- Prepare and present periodic progress reports, management reports, risk registers, and project performance updates.
- Support dispute resolution and contract administration activities where necessary.
