The ideal candidate will have the ability to create a meaningful and helpful environment by showing our customers appreciation and kind service. Building right relationships with coworkers through transparent communication and teamwork is a key attribute.
Memorization plays a key role for creating drink consistency and customer retention. Our baristas are making blended coffees and refreshments using Starbucks recipes following a unique creation sequence.
Store Hours
6 am - 10 pm
Booth Hours
Summer/Spring: 5 am - 8:30 pm
Fall/Winter: 5 am - 7:30 pm
Requirements:
2 Positions available
Must be able to work year round
Early morning Shift: 5am/6am start,18 to 39 hours a week. weekdays and weekends
Mid/Eve shift:12pm-8pm must be able to work weekdays and weekends. 18 to 28 hours a week
Someone flexible to be scheduled for shifts anywhere between the times of listed above
- Flexible to schedule between 18 - 28 hours/week
- Must be able to work a minimum of 18 hours a week year-round
- Availability to be scheduled Fridays - Sundays are a Must
- Weekend & Holiday availability is a Must
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in preparing coffee and refreshments
- Handling food according to state health codes
- Have an interest in product knowledge to support exceptional customer service
- Teamwork
- Maintain drink consistencies with the interest in learning new recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Must have the ability to be organized and clean
