How You Will Make an Impact:
Perform credit control activities under the supervision of a (senior) Credit Controller, including:
- Conducting regular internal controls withing the corporate credit risk area
- Working in cooperation with other controllers
- Documenting the results of control activities
Contribute to team performance through active collaboration, energy, and commitment
Support and substitute team members when needed
Take on additional tasks assigned by your direct or functional manager
Follow confidentiality rules and internal regulations, including those related to academic work (school tasks, homework, projects)
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Basic knowledge of finance or accounting
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to organize tasks, manage time, and follow structured processes
Basic to moderate MS Excel skills
Comfort working with digital tools and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Initiative and willingness to learn new tasks quickly
Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
Flexibility and openness to learning
Readiness to take ownership of assigned tasks
High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professional ethics
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level

Gross salary. 900 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
