The Quality Engineer (P2) is responsible for Complaint handling at the local site in Medemblik. In this function you will facilitate root cause investigations, challenge the outcome and you will be a main point of contact for our customers and will work closely with the global Cytiva team. Together with the experts within Cytiva you will solve deviations and improve customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for data analyses and driving continuous improvement.
This position reports to the Manager Quality Engineer and is part of the Quality Assurance department located in Medemblik and will be an on-site role.
What you will do:
- Evaluation received Quality Complaints together with a global team
- Interacting directly with Customers
- Participating in Daily meetings
- Facilitating root cause analyses with SME’s
- Facilitating cross functional CDT&R meetings
- Perform data analysis to feed into problem solving projects
- Drafting customer-facing reports
Who you are:
- Educated to HBO level preferable in Lifesciences (biomedical, chemical, pharmaceutical)
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Language: English (written & spoken)
- Can decide based on performed data analysis.
- Strong communication skills
