- Assist with personal care, bathing, grooming, and daily living activities
- Help with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and tidying
- Monitor client condition and report changes promptly
- Follow individualized care plans and infection control standards
- Provide transportation to appointments when assigned
- Document care accurately and clock in/out properly
- Active CNA license or HHA certificate required
- Experience with seniors, home care, or dementia/memory care preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must pass Level 2 background screening through the FL Background Clearinghouse
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
- Ability to assist with mobility and transfers
- Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
