245D Program Coordinator

Fraser is looking for a Program Coordinator to support our Community Living team. In this role you will provide supervision and leadership to assure continuous quality improvement in active treatment service development and implementation and comply with all regulations as well as the vision, policies and budgetary parameters of Fraser. You must be 245D qualified for this position.
