Senior Project Manger - Elektrification

To support this ambition, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Electrification to lead strategic projects that will shape the future of mobility and renewable energy within our organization. In this role, you will manage a network of more than 300 buildings and spearhead the rollout of one of the largest electrification programs in Belgium , actively contributing to the realization of a climate-neutral logistics chain . You will report directly to the Head of Energy Transition and collaborate closely with teams across Real Estate, Fleet, Projects Infrastructure, and Engineering. Your Mission As Senior Project Manager Electrification, you will: · Lead and oversee electrification projects such as EV charging infrastructure, solar panel installations, and other renewable energy initiatives. · Develop and implement strategies for energy transition, including long-term plans for charging networks and green energy integration. · Provide technical expertise in electrical systems, ensuring compliance with MV/HV standards, cabling, and substation requirements. · Manage project leaders and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with strategic objectives. · Ensure strong project governance, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication. · Promote sustainability and innovation, integrating best practices and emerging technologies into project delivery.
