As a Credit Analyst, you’ll bring this to life every day by combining analytical expertise, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset to deliver accurate, compliant, and high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced financial environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Review and analyze cardholder accounts, transactions, and supporting documents to identify discrepancies and resolve issues accurately

  • Conduct detailed investigations and case assessments, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

  • Manage cases end-to-end, meeting strict service level agreements (SLAs) in a high-volume environment

  • Perform validation and quality control checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity

  • Utilize multiple systems and tools efficiently to support case management and decision-making

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases and drive timely resolution

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold data security and compliance standards at all times

Core Skills

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies

  • Experience in document, cardholder, and account review

  • Solid case management and organizational skills

  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities

  • Strong validation and quality control capabilities

  • Ability to manage high-volume workloads while meeting tight deadlines (SLAs)

  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and compliance awareness

  • Technical proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools efficiently

  • Experience in a regulated financial services environment (preferred but not required)

What We’re Looking For

  • 2 to 3 years experience in financial services, including: Credit analysis, Lending or loan servicing, Collections or delinquency management
  • Proven experience in dispute resolution, investigations, or case management

  • Familiarity with e-OSCAR is preferred 

  • Background in fintech, payments, or banking
