SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES
- Welcoming customers
- Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Carry out functional and performance tests on equipment before and after intervention
- Carrying out in-depth diagnostics
- Recommend solutions (overhauls, repairs, etc.) and draw up and pass on quotations to customers
- Carry out repairs based on technical documentation
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment (overhauls, etc.) based on maintenance plans and operating procedures
- Parameterize and calibrate hardware based on customer application
- Understanding and use the documentation technical documentation (manuals, data sheets, etc.)
- Write and send intervention reports to customers
- Draft and send warranty claims to the manufacturer
- Act as a technical referent for workshop stakeholders
- Complete the various business documents and tools relating to operations (intervention reports, activity planning in the business tool, etc.)
- Report daily on activities to line management

- Guarantee the quality of the solution proposed to customers
- Respect standard times
- Ensure the conformity of the workstation and tools provided
- Be a technical reference in the workshop

- Get to know and apply strictly the rules environmental rules (sorting, anti-contamination, etc.)
- Know and apply internal and external compliance procedures and rules
PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE
DIPLOMA(S) AND/OR EXPERIENCE(S)
Vocational baccalaureate to Bac +2 in electrical engineering or electronics and/or significant experience desirable

Technical skill(s)
- In-depth professional knowledge in the technical field (electronics, electrical engineering, etc.)
