- You assist in building sales, guest traffic and increasing profits.
- You assist in financial results and setting the strategy for managers and restaurant.
- You inspect quality of food preparation and service; food appearance; and cleanliness and sanitation of production and service areas, equipment and employee appearance.
- You drive a culture of building sales through great execution and building profits by focusing on the details.
- You ensure teammates have the proper tools to succeeded.
- You are familiar with ordering/inventory processing and payroll.
- You demonstrate the ability to identify talent within and outside of the restaurant.
- You like hiring, developing, evaluating and performance management of the kitchen team.
- You like maintaining a budgeted food cost & daily/weekly inventory levels.
- You like creating teammates schedules.
- You prepare thoroughly and strive for perfection.
- You practice what you preach.
