What will you be doing here?

Estamos em busca de profissionais para integrar nossa equipe de expedição e recebimento, atuando diretamente no fluxo de separação de produtos acabados em um ambiente automatizado e tecnológico.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

• Executar a separação, movimentação e armazenagem de materiais conforme a demanda do posto.

• Garantir o cumprimento de metas (itens/caixas/pallets por hora) com zero erro (sem faltas, excessos, trocas ou danos).

• Operar carrinho hidráulico, coletores de RF/MDEX e realizar ajustes de inventário via interfaces sistêmicas.

• Acompanhar metas individuais/operacionais e atuar em desvios com planos de ação.

• Participar de reuniões de área e atuar como multiplicador de treinamentos.

• Zelar pela organização, limpeza (5S) e conservação de máquinas e equipamentos.

• Cumprimento rigoroso das normas de segurança e prevenção de acidentes.

• Participação ativa em DDS, SIPAT e inspeções.

• Reportar incidentes e melhorias via fichas de quase acidente, OPS e etiquetas verdes.

Quais os requisitos:

• Disponibilidade total para trabalhar em turnos (2° turno).

• Perfil ágil e atento, com foco em segurança e qualidade.

• Proatividade para aprender e atuar como multiplicador de conhecimentos na equipe.

• Experiência anterior em logística ou linhas automatizadas será considerada um diferencial.
