Human Resources Associate ManageThe Human Resources Associate Manager is responsible for managing and delivering key HR initiatives in close collaboration with business leaders. The Human Resources Associate Manage will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business goals, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes, and driving continuous improvement. This position requires a strong focus on internal customer support, legal compliance, with a commitment to excellence and detailed follow-up on all HR functions.Essential Function

Coordinate and organize talent management activities including succession planning, development plans, performance follow-up, and rollout of new development programs.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (DNC) and support implementation of learning and organizational development initiatives.
Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, onboarding sessions, employee movements, terminations, HR incidents, and severance calculations.
Maintain ATS and HR systems, ensure data integrity, and support process improvements and operational efficiency.
Support engagement/climate surveys and follow-up action plans to improve team effectiveness and culture.
Develop business cases and people insights to support new roles and organizational decisions.
Act as an approachable HR partner to employees and leaders, supporting employee relations topics and fostering trust.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
2–4 years of HR experience (Sr. Generalist, HR Coordinator, HRBP Jr., HR Supervisor).
Advanced English and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Experience with ATS/HR systems
