Job Description:

Keep being a role model; follows company rules and regulation, safety and 5S requirements, manufacturing procedures and specification; conveys image of professionalism and respect confidentiality.

Discusses to the trainee his/her duties and responsibilities. Informs the personnel the importance and contribution of his/her task to the achievement of quality objectives and the consequences of nonconformity to quality requirements.

Coordinates and disseminates to requesting department the training information such as line assignment, training flow, training duration, training schedule, methodology, training status and target endorsement of trainees.

Conducts training according to the defined training flow and in compliance to the applicable quality system documentation.

Prepares training venue, training materials, hand-outs and attendance in any forms of training but not limited to; MLC, NHO, Soft Skills, Technical, Equipment, IT related, etc.

Administer training and certification of new operators and technicians.

Administer recertification of existing operators and technician.

Monitor Evaluates and follow-up operators’ performance and analyze results before and after.

Keep updated personnel training record.

Maintains employee master list of training records and other required documentations.

Endorse trainee on time to manufacturing and/or requesting department.

Develops tracking system for operators’ performance of before and after.

Develop and review regularly training manual, test exams and update-to-date.

Send advance recall notice to supervisors for Operators due for recertification.

Continually updates trainers’ skills and expertise through attending orientation, training, meeting and quality improvement initiatives and skills certification.

Conduct cross-training and/or any training requested by department concerned.

Communicates priorities and executes proper endorsement of training issues and activities as needed especially during shift changes or transfer of trainees.

Generates Training and Certification Performance Monthly Report.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Associate degree or above

Minimum of two (2) year experience in a Semiconductor or related Industry.

Good command of written and spoken English.

Skilled in effective presentation and group facilitation.

Skilled in MS Office Applications and use various software programs.

Ability to use computers for training and monitoring of audit results and corrective action.
