Accounting Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY:

Ken Garff Accounting Office is seeking a full time accounting runner.  Will train person who is honest, dependable, hard-working and who is looking for a long-term relationship with a great company. Hourly Pay - $20.00

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

•  Complete bank runs.
•  Deliver documents to downtown dealerships.
•  Take licensing to the DMV.
•  Occasional filing and other general office duties as needed.
•  Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

•  Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
•  High School Diploma or equivalent
•  Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. 
•  Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record.
•  Task oriented.
•  High attention to detail.
•  Great attitutude

WORKING CONDITIONS:

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. Need ability to move around the dealership.  The employee may be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
