Job Description
The Leaves and Accommodations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and ongoing administration of the organization’s integrated leave, workplace accommodations, and Workers’ Compensation coordination programs. This role serves as a hands-on subject matter expert and primary point of coordination for employees, managers, HR partners, Legal, Risk Management, and third-party administrators to ensure timely, consistent, compliant, and employee-centered case handling across all divisions.
