About the role
What you will do
- Drive revenue growth: Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive Enphase’s revenue and market share in partner accounts, including negotiating supply agreements, launching new products, and managing day-to-day business activities.
- Partner development: Identify, recruit, and enable new partners, educating them on Enphase’s technology and business benefits to ensure mutual success in meeting revenue targets.
- Account management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, providing product training, supporting co-marketing efforts, and assisting with demand generation campaigns.
- Territory planning: Effectively plan and manage your territory, with accurate forecasting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to align with corporate and regional growth objectives.
- Analyze and forecast: Develop forecasts for each account by analyzing historical sales data and partner-provided information, combined with competitive and market insights.
- Collaborative execution: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive long-term success for both Enphase and its partners.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of successful B2B sales experience in a high-tech industry, particularly selling through indirect channels such as authorized dealers and distributors of electro-mechanical equipment or devices.
- Industry expertise: Sales experience in Solar, Storage and/or EVSE.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Language skills: Fluent in German (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level).
- Strong communicator: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and clearly articulate business value.
